The service at this McDonald’s is honestly the worst I’ve ever gone 2 ,ive had the weirdest interaction with a few staff members and a manager I asked to exhange a sauce in my mc spicy for another sauce they have sworn down they can’t do it because of allergies even though every other McDonald’s that I’ve gone to before does it for me.I think they clearly need learning on there rules because any allergies or customisation come Under “ASK ME” honestly terrible terrible service and won’t be returning again.

No hot water in male toilets
Hand dryer didn't work
Self serve order machines were very slow and laggy.
Wish I had just driven on by instead of stopping.

I used the drive-through, and the people are fine. But the new paper lids on the coffee are terrible. Smooth rounded toggle you can't open to drink from and rounded edges on the cup means coffee goes all around your mouth. Bring back plastic. If they were serious about saving waste, they would use reusable cups when you eat in.

Visited just after 11. Table decorated for valentine's which you would expect in McDonald's. The place was spotless, Order on the touch screen with my app. The order arrived promptly. But made my visit stand out was the fact the lady at the desk was so polite and used my name rather than just a number. She also had a lovely smile .

Small but clean enough. Hash browns were very greasy, coffee undrinkable. Service was ok. Milkshake machine always out of order.
